Refund policy

2) Custom items: The process of production begins: following purchase and confirmed payment (including 'grouped' items [purchased with discount, as a 'set']).

If you change your mind: you may be able to 'cancel' within 2-hours (if production has not yet begun).

If the production process has already begun - and: we are unable to 'cancel' your order. You can then request a refund of the product price (following your receipt of the 'item' [photo proof will be needed] - 'less' postage - and you will also need to pay the 'return postage' fees.

Items are delivered directly (from our production partners) to the 'purchaser': with appropriate postage/delivery (as selected by you) and carefully considered packaging applied. If an item is found to be 'faulty' - then: we will try to reach a solution.
